Why are we writing this?

During our last year in college, my bff and I started kicking around the idea of what we would do with our combined knowledge during a zombie infestation. After much discussion we'd cooked up a small cast of folks and some story to go along.

Then...we shelved it...for five years.

We went our separate ways, Ambling went to Michigan and I (Freckled Chick) went to Alabama, but we kept in touch (as bffs do).



During her last visit, we started to kick around our old story idea again and decided that bringing it to the world of virtual print would be a fun activity we could share.

So, with some help from google.docs and online hangouts we've managed to make this blog.

I've had a lot of fun co-writing this thing and no matter what anyone says, I'm proud of us. We sat down and brought our idea to life even though we didn't quite know how. Through this process we've even had a few more ideas develop and I can't wait to give those a try too.

I'm looking forward to our next project, Ambling.
